we like this bike
|
You really can put 28 mm road tires
and barends on this and be happy on a 40 mile road ride,
and you really can ride it in the woods. Parts quality
to make you happy for years and years, but not a really
expensive bike.

Who
is this bike for?
|
OK, you're not going to use this for
triathlons or trying to do a paceline at 23 mph with
your road bike pals. But if you have a nice road bike
and want dirt capability without trail-banger weight,
this is perfect. Or, if you need one bike to fit in
your apartment and it will be a campus beater all week,
a trail bike on weekends in the fall, and a touring
bike in the summer, this bike is perfect.
